Michele’s passion lies in transnational litigation and bankruptcy disputes running across multiple jurisdictions as well as the tracing and recovery of assets. Michele has extensive experience leading specialist teams of lawyers, forensic accountants and investigators in complex disputes, in open court or arbitration proceedings. He has also considerable experience in contractual law, in particular in the area of joint ventures and international co-operations. Michele regularly advises private clients and their families in contentious and non-contentious matters, covering the full range of legal issues the clients face.
